Lytle Seafoods Oyster Shack was founded in 1983. Owners Mike and Kathy Lytle, discovered that their seafood products were becoming ever increasingly popular and decided to expand. Mike Lytle is also a commercial fisherman in Alaska, so he knows a thing or two about what fresh seafood really is. Starting from a pole building on a small creek, Lytle Seafoods first supplied their products to stores in Yakima as well as the local clientele. Today Lytle Seafoods Oyster Shack is a beautiful 5000 sq ft facility that includes a full retail store and a shucking plant. We have oyster markets in Hawaii, New York and even some overseas.
